Fresh Inkforge rules for Apex traders — how we list HSN 1209 sowing packets, protect member data, and move sealed pouches. This text is written for Sixtyone and is not copied from earlier Appily stores.
Data Seal
Operator PAPPU NATH trading as Apex traders
1. Why this seal exists
The Data Seal explains how Apex traders treats personal information when you open an account, stamp an order, or write to the desk. We collect only what the storefront needs to operate.
2. What we hold
- Vault data: name, email address, and verification state.
- Dispatch data: delivery address, phone, basket contents, and payment mode.
- Desk notes: messages from contact forms, track requests, or email.
- Session traces: browser, device, and security identifiers required to keep the stamp bay safe.
3. Why we hold it
We use this information to verify accounts, pack and courier seed, answer support, stop fraud, and keep the catalogue usable. We do not sell personal data to marketing lists.
4. Who else may see it
Payment processors, courier partners, and mandatory regulators may receive only the slices required to complete a transaction or comply with law. Vendors act under confidentiality and purpose limits.
5. How long we keep it
Account and order records are retained for as long as needed for fulfilment, dispute handling, and legal retention. You may request correction or closure of a vault where the law allows, except where we must keep a transaction trail.
6. Your controls
Write to the Desk Registry to review, update, or ask about erasure of personal data tied to your vault.
