1. The stamp bay

These Stamp Terms govern every visit, account login, and purchase on the Apex traders storefront. The catalogue offers HSN 1209 sowing-grade seed packets (vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed lots intended for planting). Browsing, creating a vault, or completing checkout means you accept this charter.

2. Who presses the seal

PAPPU NATH operates under the trade name Apex traders (Proprietorship). 3. What the cards show

Each product card shows a representative macro of seed and pouch. Lot colour, packet weight, and germination windows can vary with season and region. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Declared weights follow ordinary market tolerances for sowing-grade seed. Stock can thin between seasons without prior notice.

4. Who may check out

Checkout requires an email-verified account. Buyers must be 18 or older, or a parent/guardian must place the order. We may refuse orders that appear unlawful or outside personal or agricultural sowing use.

5. How payment locks

• An order locks when prepaid funds clear or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
• UPI, cards, net banking, and COD (where the pin is serviceable) may appear at checkout.
• Any COD courier add-on (currently ₹49) is shown before you confirm.

6. Living inventory

Seed is living stock. Germination depends on storage, method, and climate. We ship moisture-barrier pouches and do not promise identical sprout rates for every garden or monsoon.

7. Law

Indian law applies. Courts with jurisdiction over the merchant’s principal place of business hear disputes arising from this charter.
