Dispatch Rules
Operator PAPPU NATH trading as Apex traders
1. Packing standard
Apex traders ships HSN 1209 sowing seeds in moisture-barrier foil pouches, labelled by SKU, and packed to survive ordinary domestic courier handling.
2. Prepaid vs COD
- Prepaid: dispatch fee is ₹0 on eligible India pins when the order is paid before packing.
- Cash on Delivery: a courier add-on of ₹49 may apply where COD is offered; the fee is shown before you confirm.
3. Windows
Most serviceable pins leave the bay within 1–3 business days after payment clearance (or COD acceptance). Transit thereafter depends on the courier and destination. Festival peaks and remote pins can extend the window.
4. Serviceability
We may cancel or convert COD when a pin is not serviceable. You will be notified through the contact details on the order.
5. Risk of loss
Title and risk pass according to the courier handoff once the packet is scanned as delivered or as per carrier rules for refused COD.
