1. When a remedy applies
Because seed is perishable living inventory, Apex traders reviews remedies only for clear fulfilment faults — not for germination outcomes after correct packing and dispatch.
2. Eligible cases
- Wrong SKU or wrong packet relative to the confirmed order.
- Shipment confirmed lost by the courier after a reasonable trace window.
- Packet arrives crushed or opened such that sowing stock is unusable — photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery.
3. What is not covered
- Change of mind after dispatch.
- Germination variance caused by soil, weather, storage after delivery, or sowing method.
- Opened packets returned without an approved desk ticket.
4. How to raise a ticket
Open Track & Support with your order ID, SKU, and photos where relevant. Approved remedies may be a replacement packet or a refund to the original payment rail. Prepaid refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after approval.
